ABOUT
A Tapex Group
company since 2024.
About Earthtwine
Earthtwine was established in 2024 as a joint venture between Tapex Group and Extrutex owners. The business produces compostable growing twines designed for use in commercial horticulture and viticulture, where end-of-crop disposal is a practical concern as much as an environmental one. Earthtwine products are available in New Zealand through Empak and in Australia through Redpath, giving growers in both markets access to a product built for cleaner crop management.
A biodegradable twist tie for securing and training plants throughout the season.
Indoor Twine
Soft, strong twine for training and supporting tall crops in greenhouse and indoor growing environments.
Soil Degradable Twine
Breaks down naturally in the soil at end of season. Designed for orchards, vineyards and outdoor growing where retrieval isn't practical.
